Which cartridge suits you?
Choose Nano if you:

- prefer not to work with traditional needles
- are looking for a mild, superficial treatment
Choose 12-pin if you:
- have experience or consciously choose microneedling
- want to work more specifically on skin texture
- want to target fine lines, large pores or small scars
A Nano cartridge works on the skin surface and contains no traditional needles. The cartridge features very fine contact points that move over the skin without penetrating it in the same way as a microneedling cartridge. As a result, Nano feels more accessible and comfortable for many beginners. Nano is a good choice when you want to get to know the NeedlingPen, but do not want to work with needles straight away. Also when you are mainly focused on glow, a well-groomed appearance or evenly distributing a suitable serum, Nano can fit well into your routine. Because Nano works more superficially, the treatment is generally milder. That does not mean Nano has the same goal as 12-pin: Nano is primarily intended as a low-threshold and superficial treatment, while 12-pin is chosen when you want to work specifically on deeper skin structure.
A 12-pin cartridge contains twelve fine needles that penetrate the skin in a controlled and vertical way. This is the cartridge that is used when you actually want to work with microneedling. The intensity depends, among other things, on the set needle length, speed, technique and the treated area. 12-pin is particularly suitable for customers who consciously choose a more intensive treatment and want to work specifically on skin texture. Think of fine lines, large pores, an uneven skin appearance or superficial scars. Correct use, hygiene, a suitable needle length and sufficient recovery time are essential here. Two 12-pin modules are included as standard with the NeedlingPen Infinity Control. This allows you to try the 12-pin method without having to order extra cartridges immediately. Each cartridge is intended for single use only and must not be shared or reused.
