We recommend starting gently on speed 1. You can increase the speed as you build up and it feels comfortable. A higher speed does not automatically give a better result. 

The right needle depth depends on the skin area, your skin goal, the condition of the skin and your experience. As a new user, always start at the lowest setting of 0.25 mm and only build up carefully according to the instructions for use. Deeper is not automatically better: a too-deep setting can cause unnecessary irritation and a longer recovery time. Only use deeper settings when you have sufficient knowledge and experience. For the nano pins, set the pen to 1.3 mm.

The ultra-fine needles of the 12-pin needle modules are specially developed to limit skin trauma. Move over the skin with little pressure. If it is still painful, lower the speed or needle depth. Nano pins are generally experienced as comfortable or virtually painless. 

This usually takes 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your experience. Take enough time to treat each zone evenly.

Results are different for every skin. Stimulation of the body's own collagen and elastin production already begins after the first treatment, but the skin needs time to renew itself. For optimal results, repetition is needed, but recovery time is just as important. Allow a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks between treatments.
