- 01Wash your hands thoroughly before touching the cartridge. Carefully remove the cartridge from its sterile packaging and hold it by the plastic housing. Remove the protective cap, insert the cartridge into the handpiece of the NeedlingPen Infinity Control, and twist it clockwise until it clicks into place. The needle length is then set on the device. After use, remove the cartridge by twisting it counter-clockwise.
