Serums
These serums are made for use during microneedling. They come in a sterile vial with a self-sealing rubber septum: you draw only what you need with a sterile cannula, without fully opening the vial. The expiry date on the pack stays valid after puncturing. Choose a serum based on your skin goal, such as hydration, a firmer look or a more even tone. Use a new sterile cannula and syringe for every draw and follow the instructions on the pack. A serum supports your skincare, but it does not promise to cure skin conditions.
Sterile treatment serum or daily skincare?
During microneedling
Only use a sterile serum. Disinfect the septum before every draw and use a new sterile cannula and syringe.
Daily use
Regular serums and creams often contain fragrance, preservatives or actives you don't want on freshly treated skin.
Your skin goal decides
PDRN and peptides suit a firmer look. Hyaluronic acid suits hydration. Read what each product is meant for.
What to look for when choosing
Start with one serum so you can see how your skin reacts. Don't combine several active serums in one treatment. If you have sensitive skin, active acne or inflammation, skip that area and ask a skin specialist if in doubt.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use one vial for several treatments?
Yes. The vial is designed for multiple sterile draws, provided you work hygienically. Disinfect the septum, use a new sterile cannula and syringe for each draw and store as stated on the pack. The expiry date stays valid after puncturing.
How much serum do I need per treatment?
It depends on the product and treatment area. Check the advice for each product.
Which serum suits dry skin?
A hyaluronic acid serum helps skin hold on to moisture. For a tired or less firm look, a PDRN or peptide serum is a better fit.
Does a serum cure acne or scars?
No. A serum cares for the skin and can improve how it looks, but it does not cure skin conditions. See a doctor or skin therapist first for acne or scars.
